Here how our business is changing due to COVID-19:


We are greatly increasing our overall cleaning and precautionary practices due to COVID-19. Please read the following bullet points closely as several new business practices are being implemented at this time. These practices will remain unchanged until further notice.


• ALL CLIENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A NEW INTAKE FORM ONLINE WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT AND SIGN A COVID-19 RELEASE BEFORE THEIR FIRST VISIT. **FAILING TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN YOUR APPOINTMENT TO BE SHORTENED OR CANCELLED UNTIL THESE FORMS ARE COMPLETED. Please contact our office with questions or concerns.


• Business hours have been updated accordingly due to COVID-19 and will remain the same until further notice:

REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL CLIENTS DURING THEIR FUTURE VISITS:

Please remain 6 feet away from all others in the Mark Twain Building and in our office. Face masks are required at all times in the office due to the distance between therapist/client and receptionist/client, no exceptions.

• 1.) Please call our front desk to notify our office you have arrived for your appointment (the number to call will be posted on the office door). 2.) You will be greeted in the hallway, your temporal temperature will be taken to be recorded for your client file. 3.) You will be required to sign a COVID-19 form before you enter the office for your appointment.

• To best meet the NYS Phase 3 requirements, sessions will be fully clothed and you will be required to wear a mask at all times. (Don't worry - your sessions will be just as productive as before, if not, even more!)

Acceptable face coverings include but are not limited to cloth (e.g. homemade sewn, quick cut, bandana), surgical masks, N95 respirators, and face shields.

• Excess time will be in place to ensure full office cleaning between clients.

• Signage has been posted throughout the office of best COVID-19 practices for employees and clients.

• All cleaning practices are met by the CDC COVID-19 Guidelines for Phase 3. All employees will be tested for COVID-19 every 14 days to continue to remain open during Phase 3.
